The Louisiana Department of Motor Vehicles is now issuing FOP license plates.

In order to obtain an FOP plate you will need the following:

1.   A Copy of your Driver's License
2.   A Copy of your current vehicle registration
3.   A Copy of your proof of vehicle liability insurance
4.   A letter from the State Office stating you are an FOP Member

The fee for the license plate remains $3.50 plus the cost of renewing your registration.
